Community Rehabilitation

Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to delivering Community Rehabilitation services to elderly clients dealing with heart disease, strokes, fractures or other conditions impacting their daily activities.

Our Community Rehabilitation objectives are:

  1. Enhance Functional Status: Strive to improve individuals’ functional abilities to the highest medically possible level, enabling them to stay active in the community.
  2. Address Diverse Medical Conditions: Focus on a range of medical conditions necessitating rehabilitation such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, orthopaedic conditions such as fractures, post-amputations etc., as well as de-conditioning resulting from other medical conditions.
  3. Holistic Care: Emphasise a “care for the whole person” approach, ensuring that our community rehabilitation services and overall care at the centre are comprehensive and holistic.
